Actress Megan Fox has revealed that she and her fiancé, rapper Machine Gun Kelly, are expecting their first child together. In an emotional social media post, Fox shared a striking image of herself kneeling, covered in a dark substance, while cradling her baby bump. Tagging Kelly in the post, she also included a photo of a positive pregnancy test, captioned with the heartfelt words, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.”

Fox, who has been in a relationship with Machine Gun Kelly since 2020, previously opened up about the emotional challenges the couple faced following a miscarriage. Speaking on ABC’s “Good Morning America”, Fox said, “I’ve never been through anything like that before in my life. It was very difficult for both of us. It sent us on a very wild journey together and separately—trying to navigate what does this mean and why did this happen?”

In her recent book, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous”, Fox reflects on her past experiences with pregnancy loss, exploring her feelings in two poems. Additionally, in an interview with “Women’s Wear Daily”, she disclosed that she had also experienced an ectopic pregnancy, a complication where a fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, often in a fallopian tube.

Fox has three children from her previous marriage, while Machine Gun Kelly has a daughter from a prior relationship. The couple’s announcement has drawn an outpouring of support from fans and friends alike as they prepare to welcome their first child together.
