The Senator representing Niger North and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, Senator Abubakar Sani Bello, has congratulated the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, on his 57th birthday.

In a statement issued by his Media Adviser, Senator Bello described Prof. Yilwatda as “a visionary leader with a remarkable blend of intellectual depth and administrative competence, whose emergence signals a renewed path for the APC anchored on inclusion, innovation, and ideological discipline.”

Reflecting on the APC Chairman’s career in academia and public service, Bello noted that Prof. Yilwatda has consistently combined principle with progressiveness.

“As he celebrates his 57th birthday, I salute Prof. Yilwatda for his unwavering commitment to party unity, internal democracy, and youth-driven reforms. His leadership has already started to usher in a new era of clarity and cohesion within our party,” the senator said.

Bello further emphasized that Yilwatda’s academic background, technological foresight, and policy-driven approach are assets not only to the APC but also to Nigeria’s democratic development.

“May this new age further strengthen his resolve to lead with wisdom and courage, and may the Almighty continue to grant him sound health, guidance, and the capacity to build a stronger, more united APC,” he added.

Senator Bello joined party stakeholders, colleagues, and Nigerians in wishing Prof. Yilwatda a joyous birthday and continued success in his national assignment.
