Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde is set to present the 2025 Appropriation Bill to the state House of Assembly on Wednesday. The budget proposal will be formally introduced at an event at the House of Assembly Complex, Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan, as announced in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Sulaimon Olanrewaju.
“The presentation follows the Stakeholders’ Consultative Forum meetings held across the five zones of the state on the 2025 Budget, where inputs from residents of the state were gathered,” the statement noted.
Governor Makinde also shared an update on the 2024 budget, stating on Monday that it had achieved a 64 percent performance as of November.
