Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has reaffirmed the Nigeria Police Force’s commitment to eradicating criminal elements threatening peace and security across the nation.
Speaking on Sunday after handing over rescued medical students from the Universities of Jos and Maiduguri, who were abducted in Benue State a week ago, to their Vice Chancellors in Abuja, Egbetokun emphasized that the police will continue to utilize all lawful means to safeguard the lives and properties of Nigerians.
“We remain resolute in our commitment to rid our nation of criminal elements who seek to disrupt the peace and security of society,” Egbetokun declared.
