US President Donald Trump is in “excellent overall health,” according to a medical report released Friday by his physician, Navy Captain Sean Barbabella.
Barbabella, in a letter made public by the White House, stated that the 79-year-old president — the oldest elected in American history — recently completed his second medical examination of the year and showed no signs of health concerns.
“President Trump continues to demonstrate excellent overall health,” Barbabella wrote. “He continues to maintain a demanding daily schedule without restriction.”
The statement comes amid ongoing public interest in the president’s fitness, as he maintains a rigorous workload ahead of the upcoming election season.
