Veteran Nigerian music producer, Don Jazzy, has expressed delight after securing six production credits on Billboard’s Top 50 Best Afrobeats Songs of All Time list.
The Mavin Records boss, alongside his former label stars D’banj, Wande Coal, and Tiwa Savage, each had two songs featured on the prestigious list.
Reacting on his X handle, Don Jazzy proudly highlighted his contributions, writing:
“Inside the 50 I sha produced 6. I try Abi I no try.”
His production credits on the list include Wande Coal’s Bumper 2 Bumper and Kiss Your Hand; D’banj’s global hit Oliver Twist and Fall in Love; as well as Tiwa Savage’s Eminado and Mavin’s classic anthem Dorobucci.
With six entries, Don Jazzy stands out as the Afrobeats producer with the most production credits on Billboard’s all-time ranking.
