A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has declared that the party remains the only viable platform capable of addressing Nigeria’s deepening political and economic challenges ahead of the 2027 elections.
The party stalwart made the assertion while speaking on the state of the nation, expressing confidence in ADC’s capacity to provide credible leadership and national transformation.
“The ADC is the only party that can save this country,” the chieftain said.
He argued that Nigerians are increasingly disillusioned with existing political structures, stressing the need for a credible alternative that prioritises governance, accountability, and national unity.
According to him, the ADC offers a platform that brings together experienced political figures and reform-minded leaders committed to rebuilding the country.
The remarks come amid ongoing political realignments, with several prominent politicians aligning with the party as part of broader coalition efforts ahead of the next general elections.
The chieftain further maintained that the party’s growing influence reflects a shift in public sentiment, as citizens seek new leadership capable of tackling insecurity, economic hardship, and governance deficits.
He emphasised that Nigerians are looking for “a party that truly represents their interests and can deliver meaningful change.”
The statement underscores ADC’s ambition to position itself as a major opposition force, as political activities gradually intensify in the lead-up to the 2027 polls.
